Home care packages are designed to help you live independently in your own home for as long\u00a0as possible.<\/p>\n
There are four levels of support you or your loved ones may be eligible for: These package values include a $10.17 basic daily fee and home care package subsidy,\u00a0as at 1 January 2018.<\/p>\n Where more hours than can be afforded by the approved home care package level are required, you may apply for a new ACAT assessment if health needs or circumstances have changed. \n\u2022 Home Care Level 3<\/strong> \u2013 intermediate care needs with a package valued at approx.\u00a0$36,332 p.a. Approx. 7-9 hours per week on average.
\n\u2022 Home Care Level 4<\/strong> \u2013 high level care needs with a package valued at approx.\u00a0$53,305 p.a. Approx. 10-13 hours per week on average.<\/p>\n
